If you are looking for a ready-to-hang solution, we have curated a selection of finishes which are practical and stylish. Here is a guide to help you decide which one is right for you. All printing and framing is done professionally in Sydney, so you can be sure of high quality with any option you choose.
Images are printed on semi-gloss paper and come with a 5 cm neutral white mat board so the image takes centre stage. Frame finishes are all solid wood finished in either white veneer, black veneer, or as raw (unstained) oak wood. The colour you choose will depend on the image itself, and your other furniture or décor in the same room.
Unframed canvas prints are an economical and low-fuss option. They are durable and lightweight, but their bold colours pack a punch in any room. The outer 2 cm / 1 inch of the image is reflected and printed on the sides, so you get edge-to-edge printing without losing any of the actual image.
Adding a raw oak frame with a small gap around the canvas elevates the finish and gives a gallery-ready look. The deep 4.5 cm frame makes a statement and will surely become a talking point in any room.
While perhaps the least common finish, an acrylic glass mounted print is far from the least appealing. The finished product is striking with its frameless, high-gloss look, and sits away from the wall due to the rear wall-hanging mount. The image is printed directly onto the rear of a 4.5 mm thick piece of clear acrylic, so there is no chance of bubbling or detaching. A piece of black acrylic behind the image stops light coming through the rear, so colours are rich and true.
Acrylic glass mounting will suit all but the most traditional settings, and looks great in an office as well. With no external frame to take into account, you are not limited by the colour scheme of walls or furniture in the room where the image is hung.
